This case is different from ordinary residential projects, which is mainly used as a vacation house when the couple returns to Taiwan. Also, the owners are hospitable and often have gathering party needs, so that this project also needs to be able to accommodate visiting guests. The Sea Refuses No River

Tolerable Shanghai can include all cultures and integrations, It possesses a broad mind as like the sea the customer company's corporate culture. Rivers and roads integrate 2D lines on the map, just like 3D composition of nature and humanities. Between squares, integrating the modern lines with Chinese traditional wood structure, shows the spirit of iron window of Shikumen.

Dowell Insight

Under the theme of Afternoon Tea in Kensington, the sales center is a mixed space of classical British style and modern fashion style. Drawing inspirations from red brick buildings of British style, the designer has integrated the architectural elements with his own understanding of art, creating a red brick facade. What’s more, soft furnishings of the same color are used to decorate the interior space.

Trumen Seahaven

This layout emphasizes the change of lightness on the unified gray tone, which makes the visual effect in the vertical direction progressive layer by layer, in line with the atmosphere of reasoning game. The inspiration of art installation comes from Mobius Band, which is twisted to eliminate the two-dimensional and three-dimensional boundaries, to simulate the inside and outside of the play. In order to highlight the contrast with the background, the orange device not only balances the cool and warm colors in the space, but also enriches the color balance of the space.
