Dhyan

Dyhan lounge concept combines modern design with traditional eastern ideas and principles of inner peace by connecting with nature. Using the Lingam as form inspiration & the Bodhi-tree and Japanese gardens as a basis on the concept's modules, Dhyan (sanskrit for meditate) transforms the eastern philosophies into varied configurations, allowing the user to choose his/her path to zen/relaxation. The water-pond mode surrounds the user with a waterfall & pond, while the garden mode surrounds the user with greenery. The standard mode contains storage areas under a platform that acts as a shelf.

Zhangjiagang Marriott Hotel

As one of the port city along the Yangtze River, the Zhangjiagang hotel design details inspired from its unique geographical location. The designers used Oriental Aesthetic Chinese Shanshui Painting as a nursery of ideas in style. The designers took the color and shapes from the Mountains and Water as the cultural theme inspiration and used modern materials, texture and finishes to perfectly present a pleasurable experience to guests. The fundamental core values of Chinese cultural philosophy were applied to design technique to emphasize the unity and harmony.

Huafa Hills

Huafa Hills is a luxury residential development at Zuhai in Greater Bay Area, China. It is comprised of 110 villas and 852 residential units. Geographically, the site is surrounded by mountains from three sides, resulting in an exclusive and private development. In terms of architectural design, the contemporary classic French style facade properly integrates with the natural environmental setting and landscape. The rich expression and unique with details that enable the residents to enjoy a ceremonious and luxurious living experience.

Hide and Climb

In addition to rock climbing, this case also integrates different activities such as office work, study, reading, games and more, while taking into account traditional functions (kitchen, bedroom, etc.), making the most flexible use. No matter how evolved, the essence of home is the same - a warm and comfortable place. That's why the designers chose the tree house shape, even though there is no smoke coming out of the chimney.

Portugal Vineyards

The Portugal Vineyards concept store is the first physical store for the online wine specialist company. Located adjacent to the company’s headquarters, facing the street and occupying 90m2, the store consists of an open-plan devoid of partitions. The interior is a blindingly white and minimal space with circular circulation - a white canvas for the Portuguese wine to shine and be displayed. The shelves are carved out of the walls in reference to the wine terraces on a 360 degrees immersive retail experience with no counter.

Reading Tea

In this case, the designer hopes to break the tradition and keep it at the same time, so as to achieve the symbiosis of culture and architecture. He divides the original wood into 100 mm wide and 5 mm thick wood pieces, and the circular arc space shape made of them not only retains the characteristics of woodiness, but also enables people to see the formation of new space shape. The natural stone is polished to form the uneven surface, which also makes the visual sense of stone and wood more perfect and harmonious.
