Bo Du Resort Hotel Design

Bodu in Chinese is translated to the act of stopping by to rest during a journey. This act of contemplation encompasses the attempt to create an oasis for travelers on the ancient silk route. The design focuses on the exterior canopy which connects different parts of the hotel. Like the trade outposts of old, the canopy provides public spaces that connects with the nature. Visible boundaries are also weakened between different interior spaces, allowing guests to make connection more freely. The most important thing about design is not the form of design, but the value of experiencing nature.

Oka Eye

The stand design illustrates the creative approach of Oka company to the importance of design in its products. The outer skin of the stand is a half-transparent facade, where randomly wooden lamellas strengthen by key values, which are driven by OKA company, which concentrate and direct the visitor to the hollow entrance which suks them inside the stand and reveals the world of OKA furniture. The stand in a metaphor of a creative process which starts with the initial idea which is driven by the design and ends up in the final piece of furniture.

City Reception Room

China Railway World Expo City Conference Center as the landmark building of the whole expo city, the whole building is shaped by irregular silk streamline, which conforms to the elegant shape of silk belt and is supplemented by a large-span steel structure. Westin Hotel is a part of this project, which undertake the functions of reception and residence. Designers introduce the concept of city living room into the interior, and incorporate the characteristics of the Qingdao ocean into it. It reflects the streamline shape like the ocean wave.

When bubbles meet the ceiling, why do the bubbles burst, instead of the ceiling bursts? In children's world, one feels the urge to protect the beauty of their senses and imagination! Instinctual character is far more important than a contrived personality. First, Hele should not look childish. Rather, it should convey an impression of professionalism. Second, interiors should reflect how children feel, as opposed to the constrained and rigid style of traditional teaching environments. Vanke town hopes to continue this beautiful meaning of the Kirin legend. The huge “ecological green lung” outlines the beautiful vision of “aquatic kirin”, and Kirin Wetland·Vanke Town expresses the ecological dream of a city with the most vivid brushstrokes.The whole building is located on the wetland, thus achieving the purpose of symbiosis between the building and nature. The smooth and sleek building is like a piece of artwork standing in the middle of the wetland, which perfectly integrated into the landscape. Therefore, this expresses exactly the "poetic poetry".
